Traffic Accident Reports

Police officer's accident report statement is not available. You will receive the necessary information to fill out your report, as long as the information is available at the time of your request. To expedite the process of locating your report, you should know the date, time and location of the accident. If possible, you should have the names of the operators involved.

Complete reports are sent to Lawyers and/or Insurance companies, upon receipt of written request.

Accident reports cost: $5.00

All Other Police Reports

To expedite the process of location your report, you should know the date, time and location of te incident. You should also know the name of the officer that handled the report and/or the Incident Reporting number. You may not need all of the above information, however, the more you have the faster your request will be processed.

Reports awaiting court dates are NOT available. The public must obtain these reports through the District Attorney's Office located at the Framingham District Court, Framingham, MA (508) 872-4141.

All reports, other than motor vehicle accidents, are $1.00 per page through the mail.
